Distribution. Nearctic. Canada: AB, BC, LB, NB, QC, YT. USA: AK, NH (NSR).

Collection and Habitat data. The NH specimens were captured in flight intercept and window traps from May to June. The Norton Pool site is an old-growth boreal forest, and the Durham site is a mature hardwood forest. In Canada found in an old-growth spruce and balsam fir forest, recently burned forest, and coastal barrens; also in wet moss, gopher burrows, on carrion, and in forest debris ( Klimaszewski and Pelletier 2004, Webster et al. 2016). The YT specimen was recorded from a white spruce-feathermoss forest ( Klimaszewski et al. 2020).
