Comments. Another mysterious species, which was described by Hennig (Hennig 1961c: 598) from the European part of Russia from Sarepta on the Volga , which is now a district in Volgograd [48°30’43’’ 44°32’59’’E]. No specimens of this species are known apart from the male holotype.

The holotype is deposited in the Museum für Naturkunde, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and it was studied by Pont & Werner (2006) and by Couri & Pont (2020). This species can be recognized by the enlarged dark brown tarsomere 5 on all legs and by the distinct male terminalia and cercal plate (Fig. 472, plate XXIV in Hennig, 1961a).
