Taxonomy: Giordani Soika 1972: 110 ( Phi as genus).— Carpenter 1986: 68 ( Phi de Saussure 1855 , a junior homonym; syn. of Delta ).
Distribution: Indo-Australian.
Ethology: The species build mud nests consisting of jug-like cells on the substrate, and provision them with caterpillars.
