Material examined. Kenya, 1 female, Masai Mara, February 14, 2007 (El-Banhawy) .

Female: Dorsal shield reticulated, 350 long, 145 wide, with five pairs of large pores. Measurement of dorsal setae: j1 21, j3 46, j4, j5 42, j6 48, J2 50, J5 12, z2 46, z4 48, z5 28, Z1 48, Z4 60, Z5 69, s4 62, S2 53, S4 55, S5 30, r3, R1 28, JV5 53. Setae j3, j6, S2, Z4, Z5 serrated, remaining setae smooth. Peritrematal shield fused anteriorly with dorsal shield, reaching level of j3. Sternal shield lightly reticulated, distances between St I-St III 60 , St II-St II 57 , St IV on platelets. Genital shield reticulated, 62 wide. Ventri-anal shield reticulated, 101 long, 85 wide across level of ZV2 and 69 across level of anus, with large closely associated elliptical pre-anal pores and three pairs of pre-anal setae (JV1, JV2, ZV2). Two pairs of metapodal platelets, two pairs of sigillar sclerites and four pairs of setae surrounding venterianal shield. Fixed digit of chelicera with six teeth, movable digit with three teeth. Spermatheca calyx bell-shaped, 10 long, 5 wide, near atrium, 7 wide near vesicle, atrium nodular, 5 long. Macrosetae, Sge IV 20 , Sti IV 20 , St IV 50 . Chaetotaxy: genu II 2 , 2 / 0, 2/0, 1, genu III 1 , 2 /1, 2/0, 1.

Remarks. The female holotype and male paratype were collected at Galazou, Zoo province, Benin, June 10, 1991, A. Onzo ( Zannou et al., 2006). The Kenyan specimen showed that the peritreme reaches to j3, the atrium is not vaculated, and pre-anal pores are large and elliptical rather than small and round.
