Diagnosis. Clypeus as tall as wide, separated from face by weak suture; middle of face elevated; no transverse carina on upper face ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 ); mandible teeth of equal length; fore tibia with apical, distal ‘tooth’; tarsal claws apparently simple; fore wing areolet relatively small, rhombic ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 ); hind wing nervellus (CU + cu-a) weakly intercepted by spectral distal abscissa of CU ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 ); first metasomal tergite with complete lateral, longitudinal carina; first tergite striate posteriorly ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 ).
