Previous records in Brazil. Bahia (McMurtry & Moraes 1983; Moraes et al., 1993), Ceará ( Denmark & Muma, 1973), Pernambuco (Moraes & McMurtry, 1983); São Paulo ( Gondim & Moraes, 2001; Zacarias & Moraes, 2001). This species was found in citrus and yerba mate, in Taquari Valley, Rio Grande do Sul ( Ferla et al., 2005). Euseius species are the most common on native vegetation in that state ( Ferla & Moraes, 2002).
