Pinalitus rubricatus (Fallén, 1807) View in CoL

Transpalearctic forestry species, on various conifer trees. In Eastern Siberia as host plants were registered larch ( Larix ), spruce ( Picea ), and fir ( Abies ) ( Vinokurov & Kanyukova, 1995). In Xinjiang the species occurs in canopy of Picea obovata . For the first time recorded in China.

Material examined. 1 ♀, Altai, Xiaodong Gou forest protection, 11 km N of Altai, 1000–1100 m (47°56'N; 88°08'E), 30.VI.2011 (N. Vinokurov).
