G. fulgida ) are elongate-slender and slightly to distinctly swollen toward the base. In ®ve species ( G. granulatus , G. carolinensis , G. dianae , G. allenrolfeae and G. jeanae ) the male genitalia are lanceolate in shape; in G. paragranulatus they are simply elongate; and in G. paci W cus they are elongate and weakly narrowed at the middle.

The ovipositors of all the species are elongate and simple, without excessive setae, and are not useful diagnostic features.
