Distribution. Previous state records: Chiapas, Durango, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Oaxaca, Querétaro, Quintana Roo, San Luis Potosí, Sonora, Veracruz, and Yucatán. It has also been recorded in the United States of America, West Indies, South America, and Africa. New state record: Nayarit.
