from Anthus trivialis (L.) ( Passeriformes : Motacillidae ) (type-host) in France ( Chabaud & Petter, 1961). This species was considered as a junior synonym of A. attenuata by Jögis (1971, 1977 and Smogorzhevskaya (1990).
