Aeolothrips tenuicornis Bagnall, 1926: 280

This species was described from England, with one synonym from Egypt, and is widespread in Europe ( Vierbergen 2022), and Mediterranean countries to the Middle East (zur Strassen 2003). It is very similar to A. deserticola in structural details, from which it is distinguished based on rather stable characters (see under A. deserticola ).
