Holotype: PEM R22788; north of Wakkerstroom on Amersfoort road, (- 27.28250 S, 30.11750 E; 2730AC, 1847 m a.s.l.), Mpumalanga Province, South Africa; W. Conradie, C. Conradie and M. Morrison, 23 December 2015. Remarks . Holotype with mid-ventral incisions, in good condition.
