Range: —Eastern Andes from Ecuador to Bolivia (CO, LP, TA).

Ecology: —Fairly common; epiphytic in humid forests; 550–1500(–2100) m.

Notes: —Pinnules narrower and more parallel than in Polyphlebium diaphanum .
