(Male holotype, 1 male and 2 female paratypes from China: Guizhou: Qiuxiang Cave, Maling Town [25º12ʹN, 104º53ʹE], Xingyi City, 12 May. 2005, Y.F. Tong and Y.C. Lin leg., deposited in Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle, Paris, not examined).

Material examined. Paratypes: 1 male and 10 females ( IZCAS) from CHINA: Guizhou: Qiuxiang Cave, Maling Town, Xingyi City [25º12΄N, 104º53΄E], 12 May 2005, Y.F. Tong and Y.C. Lin leg.

Diagnosis. Telema claviformis seems closest to T. guihua . Males of the former may be distinguished by the inserted position of beak-shaped embolus, the absence of cymbial apophysis prolaterally; females of the former by the incurvated spermatheca mesially ( Tong & Li, 2008a, fig. 3 B–E).
