Type locality – Mauritius.
Distribution – Karnataka. Outside India – Mauritius, Fiji, Frane, Papua New Guinea and Vannuatu. Hosts – Cocos nucifera, Carica papaya, Musa sp. , Brachiaria mutica , Oryza sativa , Panicum maximum , Saccharum sp. and Zea mays .
