Type locality – India, Mauritius .
Distribution – Andaman Nicobar Island, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. Outside India – Bangladesh, China, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mauritius, Philippines, Spain and Thailand.
