Comments. Only two species have been described in this genus, the widespread M. williamsi and the endemic M. peruviana Drake, 1948 . Our material was identified based on the shape of the male paramere, which matches the drawings provided by Jaczewski (1931: fig. 2) and Moreira et al. (2006: fig. 9).
