Material examined. 1F, Mt. Lang Bian, 1500–2000 m, 19.V–8.VI.1961, N.R. Spencer coll. ( BPBM). Comments. The species of the genus Collinutius Distant are closely allied to those in Lasiacantha in having a similar habitus. However, the species in Collinutius are larger, wider and less spiny. Distribution. This species is known from India, China ( Drake & Ruhoff 1965a), Bhutan, and Nepal ( Péricart 2000).
