The species with a new subspecies was reported for the first time from Fezzan ( Libya) by Ajaili & Usmani in 1999.
Diagnosis: This subspecies quite differs from typical subspecies T. c. cisti by the yellow colour of the hind tibia and the inside of the hind femur which has a blue black spot.
Habitats: A rare species, only one specimen from one locality was found on vegetable.
Material examined: Libya, Fezzan , Sebha region: Sebha, 1♀, on vegetable, 4. xii. 1993 .
Localities: Fezzan: Sebha.
Distribution: Libya.
