Key to African species of Phlogis View in CoL

1 Abdominal sternite III, pale. Aedeagus sharply turned dorsally at midlength in lateral view; with sub-apical lateral processes curved posteriorly, then anteriorly, uniform in width. Style with lateral margin distally concave; relatively narrow at base of apophysis. Larger, overall length male 7.4 mm, female 7.5 mm ................................
