Material examined. Buan-gun ( 35°39′54″N, 126°30′ 37″E), Korea; collected by Korea National Park Service on 14 June 2018 .

Deposition. NIBRIV0000900836.

World distribution. Japan and Korea.

Diagnosis. Prostomium anteriorly bifid, extending to almost end of chaetiger 8 as a low caruncle. Palps conspicuously pigmented.
