Description. Head pale yellow. Pronotum and mesonotum similar but with scattered brown mottling. Ventrally pale yellow, terminalia of female dark brown. Tegmen pale whitish translucent becoming clear apically with evenly scattered minute brown speckling on basal half becoming dark and denser medially on apical half where veins are also brown. Posterior brown circular mark well defined and margined anteriorly with dark brown.
Male genitalia. Subgenital plates broadly rounded at base then rounded to base of process on posteromedial corner. Paramere apical lobe narrow and long, curved slightly medially along length to be almost parallel with opposing paramere apical lobe. Connective with arms distinctly longer than stem. Aedeagus with median pair of short straight processes anterior to base of shafts. Shafts moderately divergent in posterior view with apical processes curved medially. In lateral view, shafts curving anteriorly, broad to level of gonopore then extended from anterior side of gonopore as elongate curved narrow apical process curved slightly anteriorly.
Comments. This species was described by Knight (1970a) based on a single male specimen from Singapore. It is the only species recorded in Thailand with a pair of basal processes anterior to the bases of the aedeagal shafts, regarded by Knight (1970a) as a derived feature. The apical aedeagal process may represent the apical portion of a long basal process which has become fused with the aedeagal shaft throughout its length and now appears as an apical extension.
