Material. 33: 1♂, 2 mines, Fargues F. St. Hil., Pyrus communis , 8.v.1941, Le Marchand, gen. EvN3500 [in coll. Le Marchand as pyricola ] ( MNHN).
Remarks. A rare species both from Malus and Pyrus . The male genitalia examined (see Fig. 6–8) confirm its occurrence in France.
