Distribution. A—Ceará and Rio Grande do Norte. B—Amapá, Pará, Amazonas, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Alagoas, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Distrito Federal, Mato Grosso do Sul, São Paulo, Paraná, and Rio Grande do Sul. C— Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Paraguay, Argentina, and Uruguay.
