Larve meist in Eiche, seltener in anderen Bruthölzern.
M a t e r i a l: Steyregg, SW-Hang des Pfenningberges, 17.6. und 19.6.2012, in Anzahl auf geschlagenem Eichenholz, leg. H. Mitter. Begleitarten waren Plagionotus arcuatus und Xylotrechus antilope .
Ä l t e r e F u n d e: Kremsmünster und Bad Hall ( DALLA TORRE 1879); Umgeb. St.Valentin, NÖ., 2008 (Dauber).
