This identification key is modified from Barroso et al. (2022).
1. Fore wing 7–9.5 mm long; eyes with medium bristles, between 0.05 and 0.09 mm long; lateral lobe of clypeus touching the eye; anterior margin of the axillary fossa directed to the posterior region............................................. 2
– Fore wing 12.5–16 mm long; eyes with tiny bristles, approximately 0.015 mm long; lateral lobe of clypeus not touching the eye; anterior margin of the axillary fossa directed to the anterior region.............................................. 3
