Diagnosis (new). Among other Metopiasini , Bibrax is easily recognized by the combination of the first antennomere (scape) as long as the other segments together ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURE 1–8 , 9, 12 View FIGURE 9–14 , 24, 25 View FIGURE 24–29 ); second antennomere twice or more the length of the third ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURE 1–8 , 9, 12 View FIGURE 9–14 , 24, 25 View FIGURE 24–29 ); vertexal region of head without horn-like spine ( Figs 10, 13 View FIGURE 9–14 , 24, 25 View FIGURE 24–29 , 30 View FIGURE 30–32 ); one spine-like process on both anterior sides of the gular plate ( Figs 9, 12 View FIGURE 9–14 , 31 View FIGURE 30–32 ); pronotum with antebasal sulcus absent ( Figs 10, 13 View FIGURE 9–14 ); elytra with two or three basal elytral foveae ( Figs 10, 13 View FIGURE 9–14 ).
