Body length 4.8 mm, fore wing length 3.7 mm and antenna length 6.6 mm.

Antenna with 49 flagellomeres. Termianal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres oblique, approximately 2.5 x longer than wide. Occipital carina complete, ventrally complete and joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron rugose-coriaceous aneriorly becoming aciculate posteriorly, precoxal sulcus weakly impressed, rugulose, speculum present. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina virtually complete, irregular posteriorly. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.7 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with very narrow glabrous line posteriorly. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.6 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.9 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.7 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.2 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu absent. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified adpressed setae. Claws with inconspicuous pecten at base. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite weak, subtriangular, weakly concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite present on basal 0.5.

Flagellar segments 30–46 white.

Etymology. In reference to the median ridge on the pronotum.
