Pristoderus fuscatus: Implied combination based on Ulonotus as a junior synonym of Pristoderus in Ivie and Ślipiński 1990: 9. Pristoderus fuscatus: Maddison 2010: 426 .

Type locality: Mount Egmont .

Broun number: 1707.

Remarks: Broun did not mention the number of specimens examined. In order to stabilize this name, the single specimen of Ulonotus fuscatus in the BMNH Broun collection is here designated as the lectotype.
