Type locality.

Canary Islands (Atlantic Ocean).

Distribution.

North-east Atlantic (Canary Islands), Mediterranean Sea: WB, CB, AD, AS, LB. New record for the Aegean Sea.

Habitat.

Until 115 m depth, on coralligenous substrates, among photophilic algae, endobiont of sponges.
