Diagnosis (male). White oval macula at basal two thirds of forefemur anterior face ( Fig. 320 View FIGURES 318 – 324 ); wing circular macula between M2 and CuA1.

Material examined. Holotype ♂, COSTA RICA : Puntarenas: Monteverde Biological Station , 10.33ºN, 84.79ºW, 9–18.iii.1995, Malaise trap, 1700m, B. Brown col. ( LACM). Hypopygium description ( Figs. 89–92 View FIGURES 89 – 92 ). Hypopygium light brown, very similar to C. blomae , differing by the longer ventral lobe of the left epandrial process, and by the five setae on the hypoproct.
