Type material. Holotype male (SWUC-T-HY-01-01), China, Tibet, Nyingchi City, Lulang Town , 29°49′08′′ N, 94°44′23′′ E, elev. 3087 m, 8 August 2020, L.Y. Wang, T. Yuan & Y.M. Hou leg. GoogleMaps Paratypes: 7 females (SWUC-T- HY-01-02~08), with same data as holotype GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the type locality; noun in apposition.

Diagnosis. The new species resembles E. yukuni Lin & Li, 2021 ( Figs 14A–C View FIGURE 14 , 15K View FIGURE 15 , 16K View FIGURE 16 , 18F View FIGURE 18 ) in having five strong setae on cymbial lobe and two pairs of spermathecae, but differs from the latter by the wide and short conductor base, the right-angled lower edge of the embolic base ( Figs 8A–C View FIGURE 8 , 15D View FIGURE 15 , 16D View FIGURE 16 ), the short ventral spermathecae ( Fig. 17E View FIGURE 17 ).

Description. Male holotype. Total length 14.09. Prosoma 6.27 long, 4.03 wide; Opisthosoma 7.97 long, 4.81 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.15, ALE 0.27, PME 0.32 PLE 0.30; AME–AME 0.20, AME–ALE 0.34, PME–PME 0.43, PME–PLE 0.19, ALE–PLE 0.05. MOA 0.48 long, front 0.52 wide, back width 0.98. Clypeus 0.44 high. Chelicerae with eight promarginal and five retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 76.35 (20.26, 24.04, 21.01, 11.04); II 66.51 (17.97, 21.11, 18.75, 8.68); III 52.05 (15.08, 16.65, 14.32, 6.00); IV 63.76 (18.24, 19.52, 18.37, 7.63). Leg formula: 1243.

Male palp ( Figs 8A–C View FIGURE 8 , 15D View FIGURE 15 , 16D View FIGURE 16 ). Cymbium long, retrolaterally with a small semicircular lobe and a large lobe bearing five strong setae. Embolus thin, its length slightly shorter than embolic base, basaly grooved. Conductor wide, sickle-shaped.

Female (One of paratypes). Total length 19.41. Prosoma 7.95 long, 4.81 wide; opisthosoma 10.94 long, 8.14 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.21, ALE 0.31, PME 0.37, PLE 0.31; AME–AME 0.21, AME–ALE 0.49, PME–PME 0.55, PME–PLE 0.26, ALE–PLE 0.06. MOA 0.60 long, front 0.66 wide, back width 1.22. Clypeus 0.63 high. Leg measurements: I 68.84 (19.18, 22.95, 17.84, 8.87); II 62.69 (17.38, 20.74, 16.68, 7.89); III 49.90 (14.83, 16.16, 13.14, 5.77); IV 58.36 (16.80, 18.08, 16.27, 7.21). Leg formula: 1243.
