Diagnosis

Flagellum long and slender, setae long and present only at base of each segment (figure 49).

Male (length of body= 0.9 mm).

Colour. Antenna pale brown, scape darker along dorsal edge. Frons below toruli, and vertex, pale brown, frons between toruli and vertex yellowish brown. Occiput dark brown with metallic tinges. Mesoscutum yellowish brown; scutellum and propodeum dark brown. Coxae and femora pale brown; tibiae and tarsi whitish. Fore wing with basal one-half infuscate, apical one-half hyaline. Gaster dark with golden-purple tinges, membranes whitish.

Head. Antenna as in figure 49. HE/MS/MO: 2.0/1.0/1.3. Frons and vertex with weak reticulation, meshes transverse. Posterior ocelli situated at occipital margin; POL/OOL: 3.0/1.0. Occipital margin rounded; transverse groove distinct and median longitudinal groove indistinct. WH/WT=1.0.

Mesosoma . Mesoscutum flattened, 0.6× as long as wide, with weak and engraved reticulation, anterior one-third with ± isodiametric meshes, posterior twothirds with elongate meshes; with one pair of setae situated close to anterior margin. Scutellum flat, 0.8× as long as wide, with weak engraved reticulation, meshes elongate; scutellar setae situated about in the middle, ratio distances to anterior margin of scutellum/posterior margin of scutellum=1.3. Axilla advanced its entire length in front of scuto-scutellar sulcus. TPS strongly curved. Fore wing speculum closed below; LW/LM/HW: 2.0/1.0/1.1; PM/ST =0.2. Propodeum smooth and shiny; propodeal callus with two setae.

Metasoma. Gastral tergites smooth and shiny; MM/LG=0.9.
