Diagnosis

Fore wing (figure 63) very characteristic through the following: marginal vein short (0.4× as long as wing), speculum missing, shape (anterior part ± drawn out).

Female (length of body =1.0 mm).

Colour. Entire antenna pale brown. Head and mesosoma dark with goldenpurple tinges. Coxae dark and metallic; femora dark brown, fore femur with apical one-quarter yellowish brown; fore tibia yellowish brown, mid tibia pale brown, hind tibia dark brown; fore tarsus pale brown, mid and hind tarsi yellowish brown. Fore wing infuscate below median part of marginal vein. Gaster dark with golden-purple tinges, membranes whitish, slightly infuscate.

Head. Antenna as in longipilis (figure 42). HE/MS/MO: 1.3/1.0/1.1. Frons with weak reticulation, meshes transverse. Vertex with strong reticulation, meshes transverse. Posterior ocelli situated close to occipital margin; POL/OOL: 3.7/1.0. Occipital margin rounded. WH/WT=0.9.

Mesosoma . Mesoscutum flattened, 0.5× as long as wide, with rather strong and engraved reticulation, in anterior one-third with isodiametric meshes, posterior two-thirds with elongate meshes, with one pair of setae situated close to anterior margin. Scutellum convex, 0.6× as long as wide, with weak and engraved reticulation, meshes ± isodiametric; scutellar setae situated in posterior half, ratio distances to anterior margin of scutellum/posterior margin of scutellum=2.0. Axilla advanced 0.8× its length in front of scuto-scutellar sulcus. TPS weakly curved. Fore wing speculum missing; LW/LM/HW: 2.3/1.0/1.2; postmarginal vein absent. Propodeum smooth and shiny; propodeal callus with two setae.

Metasoma. Gastral tergites smooth and shiny; MM/LG=0.8.
