Massa (1♀, BMPC) ; Keffa, Shorori wetland (1610 m), 21.IV.2015, R.P.W.H. Felix (2Ƌ, brachypterous, RFPC) .
Distribution. This is a widespread species in tropical Africa and Asia.
Habitat. Associated with grass and herb vegetations on moist soils at lower elevations ( Figure 2 View FIGURE 2 d, 4a).
Remarks. We collected two brachypterous specimens ( Figure 32 View FIGURE 32 ) at Shorori wetland ( Figure 4 View FIGURE 4 a). The existence of brachypterous forms in Ethiopia was already mentioned by Jago (1977).
