Examined material. Paratype, male ( SAMA): ‘NSW Brindale Creek camp. ground, at light, Border Rngs. Nt. Pk., 22/10/09 CHS Watts’ , ‘ PARATYPE Daploeuros lamingtonensis Watts 2010 ’, ‘DNA voucher CW Sc # 232’. Male ( ANIC): ’ 28.37S, 153.21 E, 4 km NE by N of Whian Whian NSW, 21 Nov. 1976, I.F.B. Common & E.D. Edwards’ .

Notes. Large species (TL> 9.3 mm), externally resembling D. spencei . Distributed in northern New South Wales and southern Queensland ( Watts 2011).
