Loxosceles ARE HApLOGYNE SpIdERS WITH SIx EYES IN THREE dIAdS IN A REcURvEd TRANSvERSE ROW; cHELIcERAE WITHOUT A bOSS, LINkEd ON THE INNER SIdE OvER HALf THEIR LENGTH WITH A MEMbRANE ANd WITH THE cHELIcERAL LAMINA ApEx bIfId; TWO TARSAL cLAWS WITH A SINGLE SERIES Of TEETH; fEMALE pEdIpALp WITHOUT A cLAW; MAjOR AMpULLATE GLANd SpIGOT WITH A SLIT-LIkE OpENING, pOSTERIOR MEdIAN SpINNERETS LAck SpIGOTS ANd pOSTERIOR LATERAL SpINNERETS WITH A SETAL pIT WITH MOdIfIEd SETAE; fEMALE cOpULATORY ORGAN HApLOGYNE WITH ONE bROAd GONOpORE LEAdING TO TWO STORAGE REcEpTAcLES; MALE pALpS WITH A SIMpLE bULb THAT LAckS A HEMATOdOcHA ANd EMbOLUS A THIN TUbE WITHOUT AccESSORY STRUcTURES.
