Syntypes. HNHM Pseudoscorp-322: 3 ex. “ Garypus biariolatum [sic] T.”/“Kelet-India [East-India]”, “811/1887 Garypus biariolatum [sic.] T. Det. Dr. Daday Jenő ”, “Kelet-India” .
Current status. Valid, as Amblyolpium biaroliatum ( Tömösváry, 1884) ( Beier 1932a) .
Remarks. The original description mentions three specimens, which supports the identification of this material as the type series. Tömösváry’s original labels were probably replaced later, without indicating the original identifier or type status (see Introduction).
