Remarks. This species is widely distributed in sub-Saharan Africa, where it is associated with Dorylus nigricans Illiger and D. helvolus (Linnaeus) ants ( Disney, 2006). It has been recently recorded in Yemen ( Disney, 2006) and hereby provides the first generic record for Israel.
