CURRENT STATUS. — Nomen dubium recognized as Protoreaster sp.

REMARKS
Photographs and original drawings of A. pleyadella syntype are presented in Jangoux (2021: 240 fig. 30).
Lamarck’s syntypes are juvenile Protoreaster , a genus that commonly occur in the Indo-West Pacific Ocean.
