Distribution in North Carolina: Central and eastern parts of the state. Counties: ME, OR, WK (material examined) and CB, CR, DD, MO (in literature).
Distribution in surrounding states: GA (MacGown 2012b), SC ( Van Pelt and Gentry 1985) and TN ( Smith 1934b, Dennis 1938, Lessard et al. 2007).

Distribution in North Carolina: Piedmont Plateau. County: HA (material examined).
