Diameter of ocellus 0.8 × as long as distance between lateral ocellus and eye. Occipital carina complete from above, joined with hypostomal carina at distance from base of mandible as long as malar space length. Flagellum with 38 filiform segments. First segment 3.7 × as long as wide, penultimate segment square. Face 1.3 × as wide as high ( Fig. 3C View FIGURE 3 ). Clypeus convex basally, with rare punctures and convex apical ridge. Mesopleuron very swollen, with strong tubercle on lower hind angle just in front of middle coxa. Speculum concave. Fore wing with small areolet not pointed from above. Second recurrent vein (2m-cu) with single bulla. Nervulus distinctly postfurcal, parallel vein joined postnervulus almost in middle. Hind wing with 7 distal hamuli. Nervellus strongly reclival, intercepted slightly below middle ( Fig. 3G View FIGURE 3 ). Legs moderately slender. Hind femur 6.3 × as long as wide. Hind tarsal segments not swollen, elongate, correlation between their lengths 23:12:10:5:7. Second segment 9.0 × as long as wide. Tarsal claws pectinate. Propodeum rather short, distinctly curved in lateral view, with dense and coarse punctures and with longitudinal carinae and posterior transverse carina ( Fig. 3E View FIGURE 3 ). Propodeal spiracle elliptic.

First tergite elongate, 2.3 × as long as wide, densely and coarsely punctured, partly rugose, without longitudinal concavity ( Fig. 3F View FIGURE 3 ). Second and third tergites with more fine punctures, weakly striated transversally. Second tergite 1.6 × as long as wide.

Black with yellow marks. Head black. Clypeus and mandible yellow except black mandibular teeth and base of mandible. Antenna entirely black. Mesosoma black. Hind upper angle of pronotum, shortly elongated mark on fronto-lateral part of mesonotum yellow. Tegula and tegular ridge yellow. Fore and mid coxae black with yellow spots.
