Body black; areolet rectangle, intercubitus II. interrupted ( fig. 3a View Fig ); abdominal tergites III.-IV. designed ( fig. 3b View Fig ); ovipositor sheat as long as 0.6 of fore wing length, upper and lower valve equal ( fig. 3c View Fig ).
