Material examined. BRAZIL, Bahia: Ilhéus (CEPLAC– CEPEC, 14°45′17.7″S 39°13′56.1″W), 16 ♀, 03.X.2012, T.P.L. Pereira leg. ( MZFS).
Distribution. BRAZIL: states of Bahia (New Record), Goiás and São Paulo; FRENCH GUYANA; GUYANA (Patrock 2010; Plowes et al., 2009).
Field observations. The specimens were collected associated with a colony of Solenopsis saevissima .
