Type locality: Panama, Panama Province ( Michener 1946a). Type host: collected from the soil without host information. Type depository: AMNH (holotype, allotype and paratypes), USNM (paratypes), MCZC (paratypes). Panama records. Larvae were obtained by rearing, without hosts information ( Michener 1946a). Only known from the type series.
