Description: van Helsdingen (1982: 174, figs 21–26).
Previous records: Portugal, without precise locality ( Franganillo Balboa 1920; Bacelar 1928).
Distribution: Southern Europe. The only Portuguese citation is by Franganillo Balboa (1920), repeated by Bacelar (1928). As Franganillo’s records are not always reliable, the presence in Portugal of this species should be confirmed.
Habitat type and phenology: Unknown in Portugal .
