Type locality. WC, Knysna Forest, Buffels' Nek, veld with low bush ploughed for plantations. Distribution. Known only from few sites in the south-eastern coastal-belt of Western Cape. Knysna Forest: type locality and Deep Walls Research Hill, north aspect.
Remarks. Paratype SAMC A21597. Type material: BMNH 1938.7.1.1063–85. Other material: 1938.7.1.1086–1092 (in few tubes; numerous specimens).
