Distribution in India: West and central Himalaya ( Sanyal et al. 2018), Himachal Pradesh (Shimla), Sikkim ( Hampson 1892); Assam, Meghalaya ( Joshi et al. 2021a); northern and central India (West Bengal (Darjeeling), Uttarakhand (Bhimtal, Nanital), Meghalaya (Khasi Hills) ( Zolotuhin 1996b). Global records: Nepal, southern and South-East China, northern Thailand and northern Vietnam ( Zolotuhin 1996b); Bhutan, Java ( Swinhoe 1901, Mandal & Maulik 1997).
