TL: Tibet.
TD: holotype, male , NHMUK
Distribution in India: Meghalaya (Khasi Hills); Manipur ( Irungbam et al. 2020). Global records: Tibet and eastern Himalaya (eastern India, Nepal, Bhutan) and adjoining mountain systems of southern China ( Sergeev & Zolotuhin 2010).
Remark: Odonestis pruni pruni ( Linnaeus, 1758) is known from Portugal to Eastern Russia and Odonestis pruni rufescens Kardakoff, 1928 is known from Far East of Russia, Japan, Korea, north-eastern, eastern and central China, Taiwan and Vietnam ( Sergeev & Zolotuhin 2010).
