TL: Nepal, Godavari.
TD: holotype, male , NSMT.
Distribution in India: Sikkim low altitudes ( Zolotuhin & Pinratana 2005). Global records: Bhutan, southern China, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, northern Vietnam, Malaysia ( Zolotuhin & Pinratana 2005, Hauenstein et al. 2011).
Remark: Both subspecies occurs in North East India particularly in Sikkim but Arguda vinata vinata Moore, 1865 occurs in high altitudes whereas Arguda vinata nepalina Kishida, 1992 occurs in lower altitudes.
